In the summer of 2021, visual artist Angie Marchinkow and composer Andrew Judah merged their creative practices.

Blending their musical compositions and abstract paintings, Waves began.

One artist would begin a piece, then pause to give the other a chance to respond. Passing the work back and forth has resulted in an ongoing, symbiotic series.

Each piece is influenced by the other’s, from spark of inspiration to final result.
